Great success from MAKÜ students at the International Gastronomy Competition

The students, under the guidance of Turizm Fakültesi Gastronomi ve Mutfak Sanatları Bölümü öğretim elemanlarından Öğr. Gör. İlhan Avcu, made our university proud by winning a gold medal and a trophy with their outstanding performance in the competition they participated in. Among the faculty members contributing to the competition were Doç. Dr. Olcay Kilinç and Öğr. Gör. Önder Osman Oflas.

Among the students who achieved great success in individual categories, Mustafa Ertuğrul Uraz won a gold medal in the “JP7- Üniversite Düzeyi Okullar için Öğrenci Aşçı Balık Yarışması” category, while Furkan Yılmaz won a gold medal in the “JP8- Üniversite Düzeyi Okullar için Öğrenci Aşçı Makarna Yarışması” category. Additionally, the team consisting of Nesibe Halenur Al, Mustafa Ertuğrul Uraz, and Furkan Yılmaz was awarded a gold medal and a trophy in the “SPT2- Yılın Altın Ekip Yarışması” category.
