2025–2026 Academic Year International Student 4th Placement Announcement

Dear Prospective Student,

The 3rd Placement International Student Application and Registration Process for the 2025–2026 Academic Year has started.

The application process consists of 2 steps:

Step 1: Application Fee Payment

• - First, you need to create a user account by visiting  https://yos.mehmetakif.edu.tr/login.
• - After logging into the system, you need to pay the application fee of 20 USD online.
• - The payment amount is manually defined after membership.
  
   
• - Important Note: The application fee is non-refundable.
•  

Step 2: Document Upload and Preference Procedures

• - After the fee is paid, you need to create a user again by clicking on the “Create a new account” button through the system.
• - Then, you can upload the required documents and complete your preference procedures.

The Fourth Placement Application and Registration Process for International Students for the 2025–2026 Academic Year has now started.

The application process consists of 2 steps:

• - After logging in, you are required to pay the application fee of 20 USD online.
• - Once the payment is completed, the system will automatically redirect you to the application page.
• - Please note: The application fee is non-refundable.

Step 2: Document Upload and Program Preferences

• - After the payment, click on “Create a new account” from the redirected page and create another user account.
• - Then, you can upload the required documents and complete your program preferences.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

1. 1- Original passport or identity document and a notarized Turkish translation.
2. 2- Original secondary education (high school) diploma and a notarized Turkish translation.
3. 3- Original secondary education (high school) transcript and a notarized Turkish translation.
4. 4- Exam result document (if available).
5. 5- Payment receipt for the application fee.
6. 6- TÖMER Certificate (if available).
