Message of Our Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Dalgar on November 10

I commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal, the commander-in-chief of our War of Independence and the founder of our Republic, with respect and mercy on the 87th anniversary of his passing into eternity.

Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who commanded the War of Independence, in which our dear nation fought a total struggle with all its members, achieved great successes with the strength he received from our heroic nation and gained a respectable place in world history.

We are protecting our Republic, which Gazi Mustafa Kemal called 'my greatest work', and we are tirelessly and relentlessly implementing steps to advance our country, our university, and our city further. 

With these thoughts, on the 87th anniversary of his death, I commemorate Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and his comrades-in-arms, as well as all our heroes who were martyred and became veterans for the sake of our homeland, with mercy and gratitude.
